Terms and Conditions
Cancellations within 72 hours of the original purchase are eligible for a full refund, under the following conditions:
• No Services Have Been Rendered
• Cancellation Is Made at Least 72 Hours Prior to the Reservation Date
Cancellations 72 hours after the original purchase are 75% refundable up to $20,000 and 90% refundable for purchases over $20,000, under the following conditions:
• Service Has Not Been Redeemed
• Service Cancelled at Least 5 Business Days Prior to the Reservation Date
All services are fully refundable at any time, if a service comparable to the original purchase cannot be provided.
